At ̨ͼⱦ, we strive to build and strengthen an inclusive workplace driven by a culture of connection, purpose, and belonging.

We promote engagement and belonging through cultural awareness celebrations, regional employee engagement councils, employee affinity networks and clubs, employee surveys and focus groups and professional development.

Our BRGs: Culture Champions & Inclusion Ambassadors

Our Business Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led groups of individuals who share an identity or culture that has historically faced underrepresentation and/or marginalization in society and/or the workplace. BRGs provide a great opportunity for all employees to internally network and connect while supporting enterprise initiatives.

Our mission is to power smarter treatments and healthier peopleand that means all people. Clinical trials must reflect diverse patient representation in all phases of the drug development process to deliver successful treatments for the wider patient population.
